Schiedam · Est. Distilling Capital of the World
Black Nazareth No. 3 — Genuine Dutch Genever"From the blackened grounds of a city fueled by years and years of distilling — we present No.3, genuine Dutch genever. Originally crafted in Schiedam, Holland."
The Drink
Black Nazareth No.3 is a lagered corn wine genever — commissioned by the Schiedam hard rock band Black Nazareth and distilled by Serious Bee Distillers. It arrives in a cool black 0.5 litre jug, built to be held, poured, and remembered.
Genuine Dutch genever — not gin, not jenever-flavoured spirit. The real thing, from the city that invented it.

The History
In the 17th and 18th centuries, Schiedam was the jenever capital of the world. Over 400 distilleries and 300 malt wine distilleries lined its canals. The famous Schiedam windmills — the tallest in the world — were built to grind grain for the industry. The city breathed alcohol. It still does.
Black Nazareth No.3 is not a novelty — it is a continuation. A hard rock band from Schiedam reaching back into the blackened industrial heritage of their city and pulling something worthy of it forward.
Recognition
The International Spirits Challenge is one of the most respected spirits competitions in the world. In 2022, Black Nazareth No.3 was awarded a Silver Medal — independent recognition that this is not a novelty, but a serious drink.
From a city with four centuries of distilling history, No.3 holds its own.
